Ever since I heard of Lumiere, I’ve always wanted to try their lip gloss. Thanks to their Christmas 25% off sales, I finally had the opportunity to try them out.

When I got them in the mail yesterday, my initial thought was, “wow, they must be tiny to be stuff into this small bubble envelope!”
And I was right!

Isn’t it cute? I think not only it’s a great sample size, but it’s great for me too, because I’m always too lazy to put on lip color, that any full size lip gloss for me will be a waste. This mini size is good starter size for me.
I tried it last night, and I love it. It glides on smoothly, and like they said, NOT STICKY at all. Feels good and moisturizing. As for staying power, one would have thought non-sticky lip gloss won’t last long. I tested it this morning by drinking a glass of water, and then had a bowl of oatmeal. I checked, the color faded a bit but I could still see the color. So staying power is pretty good as well in my opinion.
One thing about the applicator. Since it is so cold in Toronto, the content got thick sitting in my mailbox. When I pull the applicator out, some of them got stuck inside.
So my advice is, wait for a bit til the content warmed up first, and then pull the applicator. For this one, I guess I will use a toothpick
