What I think:
I went into Bath & Body Works at the mall, one time, as I hadn’t been a very long while. I wanted to see what new products they have as I am a big fan of their lotions and hand washes. I had previously purchased some of the Wexler Acnescription™ Oil-Free Hydrator SPF 30 for Acne which was a bust.
I wanted to give the Patricia Wexler line another go again so I asked the saleswoman for some suggestions. I wanted to get samples. She recommended I try the Skin Regenerating Serum. I balked at the price tag which was $150. They only had the larger jar in stock. I didn’t know that there was a smaller jar available for $55. I asked if she had some samples and she gave me to small jars of the serum! How nice!
When I got home, I didn’t ry the stuff right away. I actually didn’t start using it until 2 weeks later. When I tried it on my face, I was amazed to find that it was very similar to wearing PRIMER! Primer like Smashbox or Monistat Anti-Chaffing gel! Holy shit! This is awesome! The first day I test drove it, it kept the oilyness away for more than 8 hours, I kid you not! NO SHINE on my nose/forehead/cheeks!
As I said, this is a gel. It’s much lighter than Monistat Anti-chafing gel. It doesn’t pill when you apply to your face. I noticed a big difference in the tone of my face after using this for a week. My skin felt softer and smoother. My complexion also looked a tad brighter too!
I’m still using the first sample jar right now. I don’t wear it much as the cold weather has my face begging for something more moisturizing despite having oily skin. The sample jar is just .5 oz and a little goes a long way!
When it comes to skincare, I am more willing to shell out the big bucks than I am over makeup. The $55 jar would definitely last me a long time. I would most likely use this serum during the warmer months!

thanks for your awesome review! i got a tub of this wonder gel.
