Watching Loewyn grow makes me sad! She’s growing too fast! Here she is with a balloon I got her as she’s so fascinated with them! Don’t worry, I unwond the string around her neck after I shot this. I didn’t notice till she ran off for her book at the end.
It’s just less than half an hour till it is official Christmas Day for me. No typical Christmas picture from me this year as I’ve been busy with a lot of various things going on. One big thing that has happened is that my sister Steph and her family have moved from Atlanta and back to Memphis. They officially moved back Friday, on Nora’s birthday (Dec. 23).
They are all going to be living with us for the next couple of months while they save some money and start to look to buy a new home nearby. Meanwhile, they are going to rent out and try to sell their home in Atlanta.
I look forward to seeing the girls (Nora and Loewyn) growing up now that they are living here. It is kinda nice to wake up in the morning and be greeted by a smiling infant all happy (due to her full belly of boobie milk) and a mischievous 3 year old!
Pictured above is a shot of Loewyn I took with my cell phone last night! She went to bed at 7pm but woke up around 9pm and wouldn’t go back to sleep right away. She wanted to plaaaaaay! All smiles and giggles! We had to wait till she wore herself out and started to rub her eyes! Bedtime again!
We’ve always thought that Loewyn looks just like her mom as a baby so now here is proof that she does! I dug up an old baby pic of my sister and pasted it together with the latest pic I took of Loewyn (during my Atlanta stay on Oct. 5-9)!
What do you think?
Shot this over Labor Day Weekend when Loewyn and Nora came over to visit us for 6 days!! It’s amazing how smiley Lowie is @ 5:30am every morning when her “tank is full”! She’s a very laid back baby that constantly smiles at you when you look at her! Who can resist a smiling baby, especially a 2 month old? Can you?
If you hear chattering in the background, that’s her older sister Nora just yakking away! Gods, she just won’t shut up! It was a constant stream of toddler talk during the entire stay!
